What we collect and why

We use your contact details, requested dates and basic dog information to answer inquiries, arrange care and support returning visits. Phone numbers are used for inquiry or care messages, not marketing.

Please leave sensitive details out of initial inquiries. If we proceed, we will explain which care, vaccination, veterinary and emergency-contact information or signed documents are needed.

Tools and privacy

We ask only for information needed to respond to your inquiry, arrange care and maintain relevant records. We will take reasonable measures to protect customer information and limit unnecessary access or sharing.

We use local tools and selected online services for communication and document handling. Website services may process IP addresses, browser and request details, and use cookies for security, verification and performance. Browser settings can limit cookies.

Before new processing, we will review its purpose and privacy protections and provide further notice or seek permission where needed.

Customer feedback

Website feedback is checked against completed stays and published only with your permission for the wording and display name. We do not publish your email or private booking details. Verification and permission records are kept while feedback is displayed or needed to resolve issues. Reviews on other platforms follow their policies.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond and close them. Care records support current and returning visits. We review them periodically and remove information no longer needed, subject to the exceptions below.

Your choices and contact

To ask a privacy question or request correction or deletion of records or feedback, email hello@kodomosquare.com. We will confirm the request relates to you; please do not send sensitive documents initially.

We delete records under our control on request unless needed for current care, an active issue or a legal obligation, and explain any limits. Earlier documents, email, backups, provider copies and publicly copied feedback may remain. You may need to provide care information again for future visits.
