Day Care / Short Stay
For time away that doesn't call for an overnight stay. Tell us your dates and the time you need, and we'll discuss availability and fit.
Senior Dog Care
Older dogs may need a different pace. We'll discuss your dog's comfort and routine to understand whether our home setting can meet their needs.
Medication Assistance
If your dog needs help with a routine medication, ask whether we can accommodate it. Any assistance must be discussed and agreed before a stay. This is not veterinary care or medical treatment.

Once the details are agreed and your dog is accepted, we'll complete the necessary arrangements and confirm the stay.
Pricing
Overnight Boarding
Overnight boarding rates are per dog, per day, based on size. We'll confirm the applicable rate and care arrangements before you decide on a stay. Please contact us for Day Care / Short Stay pricing.

Dog boarding questions and policies
Does an availability request confirm a booking?
No. We'll first discuss availability and the details of your stay. Once you receive DocuSign, your booking is confirmed. No further confirmation is needed.
Where are you located, and which areas do you serve?
We are based in Round Rock, Texas, and serve the Greater Austin area.
What happens before a first stay?
Start with an availability request, then a Meet & Greet and care discussion. If we decide to proceed, we'll explain what care information and documents are needed, arrange the agreement, and confirm the stay with you.
Is your home the right fit for my dog?
We consider every dog individually, regardless of size. To keep our home comfortable and safe for everyone, we're unable to accept dogs whose behavior makes it unsafe for them to stay in a home with people or other dogs. Please discuss any concerns with us before arranging a stay.
Do I need to provide vaccination records?
Unless current records are already on file, please provide copies of vaccination records and any requested veterinary clearance before boarding. We'll explain how to provide them after the initial discussion. We retain copies for future visits and may request updates when needed. To protect other dogs, we cannot provide services without the required documents. Please do not send records through the initial inquiry form.
What terms apply to my dog's stay?
Your stay is governed by the agreement and applicable supplements sent through DocuSign. Please review and sign them; your booking is already confirmed when you receive DocuSign.
What is the checkout time, and what if I'm late?
Standard checkout is 12:00 PM on the final day of your stay. Please contact us if your pickup plans change. Late pickup incurs additional charges under your agreement; we'll review the applicable charges with you before confirming the stay.
How and when do I pay?
You may pay 50% or 100% before dropping off your dog through Venmo or Zelle. If you pay 50% before drop-off, the remaining 50% is due before pickup.
Can you care for a senior dog or a dog who takes medication?
Let's discuss whether we can accommodate your dog's routine. Please keep medical details out of the initial request. Senior care and any medication assistance depend on what we can agree to provide; we do not offer veterinary care or medical treatment.
